Ghostly Nights Wins Again

We are incredibly proud to announce that Ghostly Nights has received the New Team Spotlight Award at the Golden Orb Awards from Spook and Spirit Fest.

It is another fantastic moment for Ghostly Nights and recognition that means a great deal to everyone involved in what we do.

From the beginning, our aim has been to create paranormal investigation evenings that give people the opportunity to experience genuine paranormal investigating for themselves.

Just fascinating locations, real history, professional paranormal equipment and a team with a genuine passion for exploring the unexplained.

To see the work that has gone into building Ghostly Nights recognised with another award is something we are extremely grateful for.

Recognition for the Ghostly Nights Team

Although Ghostly Nights might be the name written on the award, this achievement belongs to the entire team.

Running paranormal experience evenings across the South West and beyond involves considerably more work than guests necessarily see when they arrive at a venue.

There are locations to research, equipment to prepare, investigations to plan and buildings to set up.

Then come the investigations themselves. Long evenings spent supporting guests, leading groups, trying different paranormal investigation techniques and doing everything possible to make each night memorable, welcoming and enjoyable.

Behind every Ghostly Nights event is a team of people who give up their evenings and weekends because they share the same fascination with the paranormal and the same enthusiasm for creating brilliant experiences.

We are extremely fortunate to have them.

That makes receiving the New Team Spotlight Award particularly special.

Ghostly Nights may still be a relatively young name within the paranormal community, but an enormous amount of work, passion and commitment has already gone into our journey.

An Inspirational Award for Josh

The evening became even more special when one of our own team members received individual recognition.

Our very own Josh was awarded the Individual Inspirational Award, and the story shared during the presentation made it an incredibly proud moment for everyone at Ghostly Nights.

When presenting the award, Spook and Spirit Fest reflected on Josh’s journey since he first became involved in paranormal events.

When Josh began attending investigations, he faced personal barriers that made entering investigation rooms extremely difficult without his mum alongside him.

But he continued attending.

Event after event, Josh gradually pushed through those barriers, grew in confidence and began taking part more independently.

Over time, that journey led to Josh becoming confident enough to join groups and investigation teams himself, while continuing to bring his sense of humour, enthusiasm and trademark smile to the events he attended.

The presenters highlighted not only what Josh had overcome, but also the positive impact he had made along the way.

That journey was considered deserving of recognition, resulting in Josh receiving the Individual Inspirational Award.

For those of us who know Josh and have watched that confidence grow, it was an incredibly special moment.

We are immensely proud to have him as part of Ghostly Nights.

Congratulations, Josh. It is very well deserved.

Thank You for Your Nominations

We also want to say a huge thank you to every single person who nominated Ghostly Nights.

Awards like this would not happen without the people who continue to support what we do.

To everyone who has joined us on an investigation, booked another event, recommended Ghostly Nights to friends and family, shared our posts, followed our journey or simply encouraged the team along the way, thank you.

Seeing Ghostly Nights recognised within the wider paranormal community is something we are extremely proud of.

Seeing one of our team recognised individually on the same night makes the achievement even more special.

The New Team Spotlight Award now joins our growing list of achievements and gives us even more motivation for everything still to come.

We have incredible locations ahead of us, plenty of plans for the future and a fantastic team ready to continue taking Ghostly Nights across the South West and beyond.

Another award for Ghostly Nights. A very special award for Josh. And another proud chapter in our story.

Thank you for being part of it.
