GREAT FULFORD
Great Fulford has been the home of the Fulford family for over 800 years.
This magnificent grade I listed home lies within the historic parish of Dunsford, near Exeter and is listed within the Doomsday Book.
The current house was built in the early 1500s and is known as a semi-fortified mansion.
The property changed hands many times during the English Civil War, starting off as a Royalist Stronghold and captured by parliamentary forces in 1642, handing back and forth until 1646.
However, due to it's long history and the conflicts that have taken place over the years, the house has been through remodelling, repairs and renovations.

What goes 'bang' in the night?

Doors slamming of their own accord, and family members waking in the night and finding themselves pinned to their beds.
On our previous investigations at this isolated location we have experienced ghostly shadows hushed conversations and chilling temperature drops.
The Ballroom being particularly menacing, and very active.

Some important information...
What to expect on the night...
We typically start the night with a circle of protection and a chance to experience a few of the rooms without any equipment to immerse yourself into the night and tap into your sixth sense.
Throughout the night we will facilitate several vigils including modern and victorian techniques to investigate the hauntings.
A base-room will be provided to store all personal belongings during the night and to rest between vigils. Plenty of breaks will be provided.
You will also have 1 hour to explore and conduct your own vigils using any of the kit provided.

How to find Great Fulford
Once you have reached Cheriton Bishop you will see 'The Old Thatch Inn' pub. Turn left (from Exeter), or right (from Okehampton) onto the road. Then take a left turn onto Green Lane, you will see some black bins at the entrance. Go down this lane and take caution on the road. Further down the road you will see a red brick barn, please park here.
